Semi-Homemade Lactation Pumpkin Pancakes

These cozy, nourishing pancakes are the perfect fall-inspired breakfast for postpartum recovery and milk supply support. They’re quick to make, freezer-friendly, and full of ingredients that naturally help boost lactation!

Ingredients

  • Simple Mills Pumpkin Pancake Mix (Requires: Eggs, Water or Milk, Oil and Vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seed
  • 1 tbsp Brewer’s Yeast
  • Optional: Collagen Peptides
  • Milk

Directions

  • Make box mix as directed
