Shatavari helps regulate hormone levels, which is crucial during the postpartum period when the body undergoes major hormonal shifts. It can support menstrual cycle regulation and ease postpartum mood swings.

As a Rasayana (rejuvenative) herb in Ayurveda, Shatavari deeply nourishes the body, supporting postpartum recovery by replenishing depleted energy stores.

Immune System Boost

Postpartum mothers need to rebuild their strength, and Shatavari helps fortify the immune system, enhancing resilience during this delicate period.

Digestive Health

Shatavari supports digestion, alleviating common postpartum digestive discomforts and promoting gut health.

Soothing and Cooling Properties

Ayurveda classifies Shatavari as a cooling herb, making it beneficial for soothing inflammation and excessive heat in the body after childbirth.
