Almond Butter Chocolate Stuffed Dates with Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 8–10 Medjool dates, pitted
  • ¼ cup almond butter

  • 1–2 oz dark chocolate, melted

  • Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling

Directions

  1. Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit, keeping the date mostly intact.
  2. Fill each date with a small spoonful of almond butter.

  3. Melt the chocolate and drizzle it over the stuffed dates (we used HU chocolate)

  4. Sprinkle with a little flaky sea salt.

  5. Place in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
