As the weather gets cooler, I find myself reaching for warm, simple drinks more often. This lemon honey cinnamon tea is one of those recipes that takes just a few minutes to make and uses ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. It’s also wonderful if you’re feeling run down or the family is sick as an immune boost.

The combination of fresh lemon, raw honey, and cinnamon makes a naturally comforting drink that is especially nice during fall and winter. You can also add a splash of apple cider vinegar for a gut health boost.
