LinaI wish I knew about Mama Meals before I had my first baby! Postpartum is so hard as it is, and cooking is even harder. The oatmeals saved me in the morning and those lactation cookies are seriously delicious. I’m 9 months postpartum now and I still order meals! They are so hearty and quick to heat. I recommend this to every mom, especially right after having a baby.

As my sweet tooth cravings have drastically increased in postpartum, these brownies have been a perfect late night treat. As the description says, they’re dense and will make you wanting more. Luckily warming them up from frozen is so easy and quick! I noticed very soon after how these brownies helped my supply. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice treat in postpartum that also helps in your breastfeeding journey!
I’d buy these brownies alone 100% they helped so much with my chocolate cravings. They aren’t too sweet which was amazing. I warmed them up from frozen and they were perfect each time.

These Double Chocolate Lactation Brownies came in my package and OMG… they were amazing. Super fudgy, rich, and honestly better than most regular brownies I’ve tried. I love that they’re made with oat flour, sprouted oats, flaxseed, and brewer’s yeast — all the things that support lactation — but they still taste like a real treat.
They’re dense and filling, so one is enough… but I definitely had two because they’re that good. I noticed I felt fuller and my milk supply felt better on the days I ate them. Perfect for postpartum, especially when you want something sweet but still nourishing.
I would absolutely reorder these!
